2. Stop delaying

Procrastination is something that can kill our dream. Also able to kill the motivation within ourselves. Set a time limit to reach one goal, and stick to the deadline we've set. With a feeling of being chased deadline, we will also be more focused and trying to meet those objectives. But be careful with the time limit, not to specify the time that we create our own stress and frustration, so that even our thoughts and mental damage. Think of the time limit and make your stay comfortable in the living. Rushing also was not a good thing.

1. Reflect on what we will accomplish and then write it down on a piece of paper.

To be able to motivate to ourselves, we must know what goals we want to accomplish. Then we must develop short-term planning and long term. Which path will we choose, should be supportive and appropriate logic. We can not choose the path that we ourselves know that we will not be able to live it. Finally, we will encounter is a failure and despair before we are able to accomplish our goals.
After we write our goals together with the plans we make to achieve it, stick the paper in the place we often see at any time. Able in the mirror in the room, in cupboards, on walls, or wherever we think will make us see and read it often. Every day at least we must see and read it at least 5 times. This we do so that we always remember the goal we want to accomplish.
Every day we should also note what we have done things for us closer to achieving that goal. That way we can realize and feel whether it is still distant goal, the closer or nearly achieved.
